Moderator position application.

Dear owner and all reading this
my name is bobby, I'm 16 years old and i am applying for moderator position knowing that I have sufficient experience in this area of private servers.
I believe in a community where "banter" is had between all staff members and players, however regardless of a friendship with certain members of the community all players must be both treated, rewarded and punished equally. I have 2 years staff experience 1 and a half years of which have been of the "Admin" position.
